2020–21 की प्रस्तावना में महिलाओं की आजीविका और युवाओं के रोजगार को प्राथमिकता दी गई है। इसमें कौशल और जागरूकता बढ़ाने के लिए प्रशिक्षण इकाइयों तथा महिलाओं और बच्चों के साथ नियमित संवाद का उल्लेख है।
The 2020–21 foreword identifies livelihoods for women and employment for young people as priorities. It describes training units and regular engagement with women and children to strengthen skills and awareness.
